Chris Jones, MBA, FCMC is an innovator and thought leader who has led FORUM Consulting Group for over twenty years. His professional and business interests lie in qualitative evaluation and decision making, web-based management consulting tools for corporate assessment and strategy building and bridging the gap between planning and execution for small businesses, governments and non-profits. A career management consultant, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of British Columbia.

Chris teaches management consulting to mid-career MBA and MA learners at Royal Roads University, Victoria BC, where he has acted as academic advisor to more than twenty final MBA management consulting projects. Chris writes regularly for Summit Magazine and contributed to Clem Bowman’s book "Intangibles".

David Gordon, BComm, PMP has seven years experience in organizational change management and assisting management teams to successfully execute their strategy initiatives. David is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a prospective Certified Management Consultant. David received his BComm. from the University of Calgary where he earned the silver medal in operations management.
